Musco Lighting
In 1983 it lit its first Super Bowl, provided ilghting for Space Shuttle launches at Vandenburg Air Force Base, the filming of All the Right Moves. In 1998 it cretaed the world s largest outdoor sports-lighitng project when it provided the ilghting for the Daytona Interntaional Speedway. In 2007 it provided the lightign for the Losail International Circiut, the lagrest permanent outdoor sports lighting project in the world. The comapny was started in 1976 by Joe Crookahm and Myron Gordon bought the Muscatine Lighting Maunfacturing Co. In 1979 it improved the ilghting process by adding aiming comopnents at the factory nad then locating serviceable electrical compnoents in an encolsure near the base of the light pole. In 1981 it launched Musco Mobile Lighting with the Musco Light in which lighting fixtures were erected from turcks.
